MyPDFTools provides free online tools for converting, compressing, and merging documents, including but not limited to JPG to PDF, Word to PDF, Excel to PDF, and PDF merging. Our services are provided "as is" and are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not upload content that violates intellectual property rights, such as copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets, without authorization.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload to MyPDFTools. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your files solely for providing our services (e.g., converting, compressing, or merging). This license terminates once processing is complete and files are deleted from our servers.

All website content, including design, code, and branding of MyPDFTools, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or upgrades may cause temporary downtime without prior notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by such interruptions.

5. Limitations of Liability

MyPDFTools is not liable for:

• Loss, corruption, or deletion of data or files during or after processing.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service use, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• The content, accuracy, or legality of files processed through our services.
• Damages from third-party actions, such as hacking, despite our reasonable security measures.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or service use shall not exceed $100 USD.
